Vivekanand Vaidyak Pratishthan is a registered organization under the Bombay Trust Act as well as the 1860 Society Registration act. The donations made to the organization are exempted under 80g provision for income tax. It is also eligible to receive foreign donations under the FCRA act of 2015.
